Adriana Farhat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management within various organizations. Currently a co-founder and partner at re.ciclos since November 2020, Adriana also serves as a mentor for Gente e Gestão at Yunus Social Business and held the position of Coord Pedagógica for RecodePro until December 2022. Previous roles include advisory counsel at Leo Social and consultancy for ponteAponte with the UNICEF 1MiO project. Adriana’s career began at Mercer, progressing through roles at Gafisa and Vale, including Head of People and Management and Remuneration Specialist. Educational credentials include a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a summer course from The London School of Economics, and a certification in Social Impact from Amani Institute.
