Cynthia Lupercio Macías serves as the People and Culture Manager and Director of Operations at Hook + Ladder Digital since August 2023. Previously, Cynthia held various roles at Zigatta, including Project Manager, overseeing the eCommerce team and customer relationship management for companies in Mexico and the USA, and eCommerce Director, where strategic leadership in eCommerce, web, and CRM development was a focus. With extensive experience in digital marketing, Cynthia worked as Business Manager at ADWEB Calgary and held a significant role as Directora de marketing digital at ADWEB Solutions, where responsibilities included managing digital marketing campaigns and team alignment. Cynthia's educational background includes a degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Tamwood Careers College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Universidad de Guadalajara.
