Elizabeth Aguilar is a seasoned quality engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at prominent companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Quality Engineering and SIOP Director at Honeywell since April 2023, Elizabeth previously held multiple positions at Honeywell Aerospace, including Sr. Customer Quality Manager and Sr. ISC Operations Manager from January 2018 to April 2023. Prior to Honeywell, Elizabeth was the Quality Assurance Manager at MASTERWORK ELECTRONICS, INC. and held several roles at Eaton from June 2011 to February 2017, including Quality & Lean Six Sigma Manager. Elizabeth began their career at Emerson, working as Operations Team Lead and Sustaining Engineer. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management from CETYS Universidad and furthered education at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
