Dave Milcoff has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, primarily in fixed operations management. Dave has held the role of Fixed Operations Director at Honda Marin since 2022 and previously at Marin Honda from 2016. Dave also served as the Fixed Operations Director at Marin Acura from 2015 to 2016. Prior to this, Dave worked as a Service Director at Honda Oakland and as a Service Manager at Hansel Auto Group. Dave also has experience as a Service Director at Momentum Auto Group and Honda of Hayward, as well as a Parts and Service Director at Future Ford Hyundai of Concord and Highland Lincoln Mercury. Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully implemented new processes, and achieved significant business growth.

Dave Milcoff attended the National Automobile Dealer Association (NADA) Academy from 2020 to 2022, earning a graduate degree in Automotive Dealership Operations. Prior to this, they attended the Community College of Allegheny County from 1992 to 1994, studying Math, Business, and Education.
