Terry Bailey serves as the District Vice President for HomEquity Bank in London and Southwestern Ontario since March 2017, leveraging over 42 years of extensive experience in banking, mortgage, and financing to assist older homeowners in finding unique solutions to remain in their homes. Prior to this role, Terry held several positions at Scotiabank from February 1998 to February 2017, including Small Business and Professional Advisor and Senior Manager-Sales for Home Financing Solutions, where leadership and coaching of a team of mobile Home Financing Advisors were key responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Terry was a Mobile Mortgage Specialist at Scotiabank and a Mortgage Specialist at CIBC Mortgages, along with experience as a Mortgage Broker at Community Financial Services, focusing on business development and establishing referral sources. Education was completed at Fanshawe College.
