Nitika Khare, MBA, currently serves as a Business Risk Manager at Home Trust Company since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Independent Consultant at Scotiabank, Manager at Barclays, and Senior Consultant at Capgemini. At Barclays, key responsibilities included executing yearly SOX testing for European and US entities, facilitating communication with external auditors, and developing tools for risk assessment. At Capgemini, Nitika collaborated with the Royal Bank of Scotland to perform SOX controls assessments and document control deficiencies. An educational background in Finance was obtained through a Master of Business Administration degree from ICFAI Business School.
