Moriko Handford is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Home Chef since March 2023, Moriko provides mentorship and oversight to the tech-fulfillment and Ops Apps teams. Previously, Moriko worked as an Engineering Manager at Dutchie, where leadership involved a remote internal tools team focused on developing a cannabis library and co-chairing the Women's ERG. Other notable positions include Engineering Manager at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, leading the Pipeline Operations team, and at Affectiva, where Moriko guided engineering efforts both in the U.S. and Egypt.
