Peter Adams is a skilled distiller currently working at Holyrood Distillery since March 2020, where responsibilities include serving as a tour guide, host, and server at the visitor centre. Prior to this role, Peter served as a trainee distiller at The Scotch Whisky Experience from May 2017 to March 2020, where the position also involved serving as a senior visitor assistant. Peter holds an MA Hons in Ancient & Medieval History from The University of Edinburgh, earned between 2015 and 2019.
