Fernando Novoa is an experienced production manager at J. Marchini Farms | Joe's Premium Brand since November 2017, overseeing over 650 acres of organic and conventional production and managing a team of more than 100 employees. Fernando leads seven supervisors across various departments including harvest, irrigation, and food safety, while constructing planting schedules and planning for harvesting in the central coast area. Prior to this role, Fernando held positions in business development at The Morning Star Company and ranch manager at Reiter Affiliated Companies, handling grower relationships, forecasting, and compliance with safety regulations. Fernando also served as assistant ranch manager at Los Padres Berry Farms, focusing on irrigation systems and safety compliance. Fernando holds a degree in Urban Planning from San Francisco State University.
