Karen Florentino is a results-oriented professional with extensive experience in resource management and strategic scheduling. Previously, at Princess Cruises from April 2008 to September 2019, Karen held roles as a Recruiting, Training and Scheduling Specialist and Operations Coordinator, focusing on staff scheduling, hiring processes, and training coordination.
