Mark Costello is a seasoned professional in the consulting and real estate sectors with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner at CrossCountry Consulting since September 2023, Costello previously held senior positions at EY from January 1998 to June 2021, including Senior Partner and Market Sector Leader for Industrial Manufacturing and Mobility, where leadership extended over a substantial commercial sector generating over $1 billion in annual revenue. Costello also contributed as a Senior Partner in Global Accounts, overseeing major global accounts and driving initiatives in cost reduction, operational effectiveness, and digital agendas. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at CBRE, where contributions established the company as a leading service provider in the region, and Regional Vice President at Louis Dreyfus Company, managing significant properties and budgets.
