Federico Mangiagalli worked as a Senior Content Marketing Manager at HolidayPirates Group from January 2016. Federico was responsible for researching and writing about travel deals and collaborating with various departments. Prior to that, they worked as a Travel Agent at Kailas Viaggi e Trekking from September 2011 to September 2013. In this role, they created travel itineraries and served as the point of contact for managing adventure and sustainable travels. Federico also provided consulting services for booking procedures.

Federico Mangiagalli completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2006 to 2010. After their degree, they obtained additional certifications in Entrepreneurship and Management of Sustainable and Responsible Tourism, International Worldspan Certificate, and Effective Communication & Self Empowerment from Centro Studi CTS in July 2011 and June 2011 respectively.
