Shirley Que has a solid work experience background. Shirley started their career in 2010 as a Sales Support and Order Management Team Leader at Emerson. Shirley then moved on to Xerox Metro Document Center in 2013, where they worked as an Account Receivable and Credit Supervisor. In 2016, Shirley joined Holcim East Asia Business Service Center where they took on multiple roles, including Account Management & Billing Lead and Account Receivable and Credit Team Lead. Their most recent position was as an Accounts Payable Lead at Holcim starting in 2019. Throughout their career, Shirley has demonstrated strong leadership and customer service skills.

Shirley Que completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at St. Paul University Manila. Later, they pursued and is currently completing a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Development at the same university.
