Colleen Millen is an experienced engineering and management professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and maintenance. Currently serving as the Maintenance and Reliability Manager at Holcim Building Envelope since January 2022, Colleen previously held positions including Advanced Manufacturing Tooling Engineer at Kennametal and Department Manager at Crown Cork & Seal, where responsibilities included overseeing maintenance for plant operations. Colleen's earlier career included roles as a Sales Engineer and Engineering/Production Support Manager at Accrotool Inc, and as a Corporate Officer/Design Engineer at Millen Tool Inc, where significant achievements in lean manufacturing and process improvement were made. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University, Journeyman's Papers in Carbide Die Design, and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Westmoreland County Community College.
