Rasmus Sainmaa is a seasoned construction engineering professional with a diverse background in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Development Manager at Kreate Oy since December 2021 and as the Founder of Gotland Oy since July 2021, Rasmus has previously held positions such as Chief Design Engineer at Rebartek and Technology Manager of Parametric Design at Sweco, where responsibilities included bridge designs and complex geometries utilizing BIM. Early career experiences include roles in construction as a Rakennusmies and Rakennusapumies, gaining hands-on expertise in concrete molding and carpentry. Rasmus holds an Engineer's Degree in Construction Engineering from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2012 and 2016, following a Ylioppilas diploma from Nokian Lukio.
