Fran Marchena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking and entrepreneurship. As the CEO and Founder of THE HOFF BRAND SL since December 2016, Fran has demonstrated leadership and innovation. Fran's prior roles at Banco Santander included Director of Transformation for the Comunidad Valenciana, where coordination and execution of transformation processes were prioritized, and Director of the Benidorm branch, where oversight of sales, service, and operational efficiency was essential. Additionally, Fran held the position of Manager for Enterprises at Banco Santander. Fran's educational background includes a Licentiate degree in Commercial Management and Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School, a Master's degree in Business English from EF MIAMI, and two Master's degrees from Universidad de Alcalá in Financial Risks and Commercial Banking. Currently, Fran is also involved with Endeavor as an Entrepreneur since May 2024.
