Frank Napoli has a diverse background in leadership, coaching, and financial management. As President and Treasurer of the Residence Hall Association, Frank oversees residential student fees and their allocation. Additionally, Frank has extensive experience in aquatic environments, working as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at Hockomock Area YMCA and previously at YMCA Southcoast. Frank also serves as a Soccer Referee for both the Massachusetts Futsal Association and Boston Area Youth Soccer, ensuring the enforcement of game laws and player safety. Within Phi Kappa Theta, Frank held multiple roles, including Vice President of Fraternal, overseeing the chapter's financial health and engaging with the National Fraternity board, as well as leading philanthropic efforts for various causes. Frank graduated from Bridgewater State University after completing high school at Foxborough High School.
