Jad Chouman is a seasoned professional in construction claims and project management with over two decades of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Middle East at HKA since May 2017, Jad Chouman previously held the position of Vice President and Country Manager for the Construction Claims Group at Hill International from 2005 to the present. Prior roles include Claims Consultant at Capital Project Management, Inc. from 2003 to 2005 and Analyst at Intecap Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Jad Chouman holds a Master of Engineering in Infrastructure Engineering from Tufts University, completed between 2000 and 2001.
