Jan Havman has over two decades of experience in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as a Produktionssamordnare at SSAB since May 2000, where responsibilities include coordinating personnel, maintenance, and production resources to optimize steel plate flow. Previously held the role of Plåtkontroll Råplåt, focusing on inspecting rolled plates for surface defects. Additionally, Jan is a board member of Ledarna, Sweden's managerial organization, since 2018. Prior experience includes a position as High Bay Storage Operator at Saab Automobile AB, responsible for maintaining inventory of spare parts. Jan's educational background includes certifications in CNC operation and military training as an underofficer, along with various professional development courses.
