Jacky Lam is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in cyber security and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Principal IT Lead (Cyber Security) at The Hongkong Electric Company since May 2020, Jacky specializes in security assessments, ISO27001 audit reviews, policy compilation, and training programs. Previously, Jacky held the role of Infrastructure Manager at UDomain, focusing on infrastructure reviews and security solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Technical Services Manager at The Bank of East Asia, managing large-scale IT projects and compliance audits, as well as positions at Cisco, a global investment bank, Wells Fargo, and PCCW, where skills in network engineering and project management were honed. Jacky holds a Bachelor's Degree with First Class Honours from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, complemented by dual minors in Business Administration and Computer Science.
