Rafael Guarinon is a seasoned Scrum Master with extensive experience in project management and software development, having worked in various capacities across multiple technology companies since 2005. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at MediaLab since November 2022, Rafael previously held similar roles at BairesDev and Capgemini, where significant contributions included leading teams and providing solutions for major clients like McDonald's. Earlier experiences include managing overseas teams and overseeing operations at TravelPass Group, where Rafael was instrumental in implementing CI-CD processes and enhancing communication between teams in the United States, Brazil, and India. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and completed a managerial program focused on remote working practices in 2019.
