Noam Gal has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Noam started their career in 2004 as a Software Developer in the Israel Defense Forces and then progressed to become a Software Development Team Leader and Commander of cadets, Bahad 7 officers’ course. In 2012, they joined Xact Soft as a Senior Software Developer, where they gained experience as a Product Manager and Development Group Manager.
In 2016, Noam Gal worked as a Course Instructor at Ness Technologies | × ×¡ ×˜×›× ×•×œ×•×’×™×•×ª and as an R&D Team Leader at Casific. Noam then joined BE ALL as a Director of R&D, leading the company's R&D efforts using agile and best-practice methodologies. In this role, they managed the entire development cycle and was responsible for recruiting engineers, managing sprints, defining technical tasks, and integrating between in-house and third-party systems.
Noam Gal's next position was at Minerva Labs, which was later acquired by Rapid7. Noam served as an Architect & Software Engineer, focusing on C# and Angular. Noam worked on several projects, including being the Lead Architect & Software engineer for the web product and SaaS product.
Currently, Noam Gal holds the position of Lead Software Engineer at Rapid7, a role they took up in 2023.
Noam Gal attended the IDF Programmer's school (Mamram) in 2004 and earned a Certificate in Computer Engineering. From 2007 to 2010, they enrolled in The College of Management Academic Studies, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
