Franziska Wöckel has a strong work experience background. Franziska began their career in 1997 as a Freelance Interpreter at Matz Übersetzungen, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Büroleiterin at MdB Jutta Krellmann, a position they held until 2017. From 2009 to 2020, Franziska also worked as a Büroleiterin at Deutscher Bundestag. In 2017, they joined MdB Lorenz Gösta Beutin as a Büroleiterin and remained in that position until 2020. Currently, Franziska Wöckel is working as COO, Vorständin & COO, and Betriebsdirektorin at Hivemind Technologies AG, positions which they began in November 2020.

Franziska Wöckel's education history begins with their enrollment at Dolphin House School from 1978 to 1981. Franziska then attended Damascus Community School from 1981 to 1986. After that, they studied at Dakar Academy from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained their high school degree. Franziska went on to Colegio Andino from 1990 to 1992, and they obtained their Abitur during this time. Franziska continued their education at Sabel Schulen München in 1994-1995, where they earned their degree as a Staatl. gepr. Kaufmännische Assistentin in Business Administration and Management. Finally, Franziska pursued higher education at Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg from 1995 to 2008, where they completed their Magister degree in Politikwissenschaften & Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Franziska later returned to this university without specified dates to obtain another Magister degree in Politikwissenschaft und Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
