Jennifer Arterburn serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Geocaching HQ since February 2012, where responsibilities include co-developing business strategies and introducing a collaborative goal-setting framework. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP from October 2008 to February 2012, including Vice President of Legal & Business Affairs and Associate Attorney, specializing in corporate law and employment law. Jennifer's legal career also includes an Attorney Advisor position at the Smithsonian Institution and Associate Attorney roles at Nixon Peabody. Before transitioning to law, Jennifer was a television news reporter, earning an Emmy Award for excellence in reporting while working at KNTV (NBC) and contributing to the creation of business news programming. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco and both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.
