Andrew Naisawald has over 10 years of professional experience. Andrew currently serves as the Strategic Engagement Lead for Hive (2020). Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant at Deloitte (2014-2020), where they provided strategic and program management support for an industry-leading credit card company's automated risk management program, led a global team that identified over $15M in cost savings for a multi-national Investment Bank, and deployed Agile project management techniques. Before Deloitte, they were a Capital Hill Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives, Office of Scott Rigell (2012), where they analyzed economic and health care policy issues and advised the Congressman and staff on local and national impacts. Andrew also held internships at Harris Corporation (2011-2010) and the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation (2008).
Andrew Naisawald obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Virginia in 2013. Andrew then went on to pursue a Masters in Management (General) from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, which they completed in 2014. In 2019, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
