Allison Rafferty has a strong background in trade compliance and logistics. Allison started their career as a Transportation Analyst at Transportation Logistics Systems in 1994 and later became a Logistics Coordinator. In 1996, they became a McPic Inventory Coordinator at HAVI Global Solutions before transitioning to a role as a Promotions Project Analyst, where they managed promotional timelines and production for premiums, food, and packaging. From 1998 to 2001, Allison served as a Logistics Project Manager at HAVI Global Solutions, overseeing Happy Meal promotions and managing budgets. In 2001, they took on the role of Global Logistics and Trade Manager at HAVI, responsible for North American trade compliance programs for McDonald's premiums and packaging. Allison created compliance manuals, conducted audits, and developed classification strategies. Allison then joined Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. in 2008, initially as a Senior Manager, Trade Compliance, and now as the Director of Trade Compliance.
Allison Rafferty received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and Logistics from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1988 to 1992. Allison also obtained additional certifications including being a Licensed Customs Broker in 2008 and having a Transportation Brokerage Certification in 1996.
