Daniela Vieira Borges is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and legal services. Currently serving as a Senior Lawyer at Zilia Technologies since November 2021, Daniela specializes in contract analysis, compliance procedures, and the implementation of privacy programs, notably in relation to the LGPD. Prior to this role, Daniela held the position of Contract Manager Team Lead at Capgemini, where significant achievements included the implementation of contract management systems and the LGPD across multiple departments. Daniela began their career as a Treasury Analyst at Brightstar Corp., gaining expertise in financial management and reporting. Education includes a Postgraduate Specialization in Contract Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, an MBA in Business Management from USP, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Paulista.
