Lynda J. Mitchell is an experienced legal professional with a diverse career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Court Appearing Attorney at Calendar Call LLC since March 2019 and as a Museum Tour Guide at Kycuit- The Rockefeller Estate since June 2018, Mitchell previously held the role of Court Appearing Attorney at Rosicki Rosicki and Associates from January 2016 to March 2019. Prior experience includes over 24 years at the District Attorneys Office in NYS, where responsibilities included evaluating and prosecuting complex criminal cases, supervising attorneys and support staff, and developing alternative sentencing programs. Earlier in Mitchell's career, a position as a Probation Officer for Orange County Government involved conducting pre-sentence investigations and supervising probationers. Lynda J. Mitchell earned a Juris Doctorate from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
