Rachel Cullen is an accomplished professional in global health and project management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Health at Options Consultancy Services and Chair of the Board of Trustees for Women and Children First, Rachel Cullen has previously held key roles at Marie Stopes International, including Director of Government and Multilateral Donors, where significant partnerships and grant management were developed. Earlier experiences include Project Director for Evidence for Action/MamaYe at Options Consultancy Services and Independent Consultant focusing on health systems strengthening. Rachel Cullen holds an MSc in Population & Development and a BSc in Economic History from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
