Ronit Laor-Carsenti has extensive experience in customer success, service, and support roles. Ronit currently serves as the VP of Customer Success at hiSky Ltd. since November 2019. Before that, they held the same position at Tadiran Telecom from 2017 to 2019. Prior to their roles in customer success, Ronit was the Head of Service & Support Business Sector at HOT from 2014 to 2017. Ronit also worked at Microsoft, where they held various roles including Enterprise Marketing & Customer and Partner Experience Lead from 2011 to 2013, and Customer & Partner Experience Lead in the Services Department from 2006 to 2011. Ronit began their career at Cellcom, where they served as the Head of Operations and Service Division in the Business Sector from 1999 to 2006.
Ronit Laor-Carsenti attended Tel Aviv University from 1993 to 1997, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Following this, they pursued MBA studies at Ramat Gan Academic College from 1999 to 2001.
