Abelardo Rojas is an experienced executive with a strong background in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager for the Costa Rica Branch at HireRising since December 2022, previous roles include Associate Manager and Program & Services Delivery Operations Specialist at Accenture, as well as Sr. Business Developer at Sr. Project Consultants. Rojas has also held senior management positions at Emerson Automation Solutions and Desarrollos Industriales R de Costa Rica. Early career experience includes roles such as District Manager at Distribuidora Yale de Costa Rica and Plant Manager at Swiger Coil Systems. Rojas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
