With extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, Jeff has held pivotal roles as President and Chief Recruiting Officer at both LIBer Physicians and BalancePoint Healthcare Staffing from January 2016 to November 2021 and May 2015 to November 2021, respectively. Previously, Jeff worked in physician recruitment and retention at 4M Emergency Systems, Inc., and held leadership positions at Robert Miller Associates. Jeff's career at Matrix began in 1998, leading to a managerial role before rejoining the company in 2021. Jeff holds a degree from Johnson & Wales University, completed between 1984 and 1988.
