Fergus Mumford is a seasoned performance coach and sport psychology support specialist with extensive experience in the motorsport industry. Currently serving as a Senior Performance Coach at Hintsa Performance, Fergus has provided psychological and performance coaching to elite drivers across various racing series, including Formula 1 and FIA Formula categories. As the Director of Sport Performance Consulting, Fergus has advised numerous athletes in motorsports. Previous roles include Head of Human Performance for the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team’s Young Driver Programme and Performance Coach for G2 Esports. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Sport Performance and a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, complemented by ongoing education in Investigating Psychology.
