Mario Duran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and project leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Product Manager for CX Digital Channels at Hilton since September 2022, Mario previously held positions such as Product Owner at Finvi, where responsibilities included defining market requirements for healthcare products, and Project Manager for Performance Analytics at Prime Healthcare. Mario's career also includes significant roles at Conifer Health Solutions, focusing on product line management and business process innovation, as well as a senior technical analyst position at Fastbraces®, where Mario contributed to the development of a web-based orthodontic portal.
