Kristen Stampe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Area Vice President of Operations - Full Service at Hilton since 2012. Kristen has been instrumental in driving financial performance, customer satisfaction, and market share expansion for a portfolio of 26 hotels across the US and Canada, leading a team of 24 general managers. Previously, Kristen held the role of Vice President of Finance, Operations at Hilton, overseeing significant properties contributing to the majority of the company's EBITDA. Prior experiences include positions as Area Director of Finance & Accounting at Marriott International, managing finance operations for 25 hotels, and Director of Finance & Accounting at Doral Golf Resort & Spa. Kristen holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
