Erica Cary is an accomplished HR and technology leader with extensive experience in various roles within prominent corporations. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Consulting at Hilton since April 2016, Erica focuses on optimizing talent deployment within a diverse and inclusive culture. Previous positions include Vice President of HR Product and Services at Hilton, where responsibility included overseeing HR technology systems to enhance employee engagement, and Sr Director of Digital Product Management, managing a significant applications portfolio. At Neiman Marcus, Erica directed project management efforts for advanced retail technologies, while at RadioShack, innovations in process improvement and enterprise transformation were spearheaded. Additionally, pivotal roles at Target included leading a large team to streamline technology processes, and early career achievements include a Technical Sales Specialist role at IBM, as well as a Systems Engineer position at Lockheed Martin.
