Mike Xiao has extensive experience in project management and R&D leadership within the engineering sector. Currently serving as the Head of Business DX at Hilti Asia Pacific since July 2015, Mike Xiao defines and executes the global roadmap while leading project managers and R&D teams. Prior roles at Hilti include Head of Project Management and Manager of Project Management, where responsibilities encompassed managing local and global projects and new product development strategies. Before joining Hilti, Mike Xiao worked as a Project Manager at Siemens and as a Commercial Leadership Trainee and Project Engineer at General Electric, focusing on project management in various markets. Mike Xiao holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from South China University of Technology.
