Kathleen Christy, MPA, currently serves as the Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Hilbert College since May 2019. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Vice President for Institutional Advancement at D'Youville College from January 2013 to April 2019, and worked as Program Director at the Western New York Grantmakers Association from January 2008 to January 2013, focusing on program administration and management. Kathleen also served as Executive Director of The BISON Children's Scholarship Fund from August 2001 to December 2012, where responsibilities included fundraising development, major gift fundraising, board management, and community leadership. Additional experience includes roles as Regional Marketing Coordinator at FleetBoston Financial Group, Director of Development at Buffalo General Hospital Foundation, and Campaign Director at United Way of Schenectady County. Kathleen earned a Master of Public Administration from Hilbert College in December 2022 and holds a BA in History/Political Science from The College of Saint Rose.
