The Leadership Team at Hilbert College is responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the institution, ensuring adherence to its mission and values rooted in the Catholic Franciscan tradition. This collaborative group, consisting of key executive members including the President and various Vice Presidents, focuses on institutional advancement, mission-driven initiatives, and global outreach, while overseeing financial sustainability and promoting equity and inclusion across the college community.
