Louis Thorne is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Manager in the UK&I Technology Practice at both SGI and Source Technology since May 2024. Previously, Louis was the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Flipdish from June 2021 to May 2024, overseeing all talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives. Louis has extensive experience in recruitment, having held roles at ERSG Ltd as a Lead Recruitment Specialist and at Hays, where achievements included being the highest billing Permanent Technology Consultant in Hays UK and Ireland for the financial year 2019/2020. Earlier work experience includes positions at OPTIMUM IT, Butcher, and Lakeside Catering, complemented by a Professional Chef Diploma from the University of Westminster and a Professional Diploma in Leadership & Management from University College Dublin.
