Annika Andresen is a seasoned recruiting consultant and specialist currently affiliated with Kooku Recruiting GmbH since March 2022, where responsibilities include developing candidate personas, crafting recruitment strategies, and managing applicant tracking systems. Prior to this, Annika served as Manager of Corporate Employer Branding at CLAAS, and as an HR Consultant for DMG MORI, where skills in reporting, KPI analysis, and HR process optimization were applied. Additionally, Annika has academic experience as a freelance lecturer at Fachhochschule für öffentliche Verwaltung Bielefeld and as a project coordinator at Universität Bielefeld, contributing to international research projects. Annika holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Psychology from Bielefeld University.
