Girish Shindhe has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Girish began their career in 1997 as a Developer for Wipro Technologies, where they developed a Desktop for Electronic Document Management System and Common Business Framework Components for Allied Signal. In 1999, they moved to Seagate Technology as a Developer/Technical Analyst, where they worked on an End-User E-commerce Project based on web-vision tool. Girish then worked at EDS as a Developer, where they developed the Rapid Design Center. In 2001, they moved to Best Buy as a Developer/Project Manager, where they worked on the Enterprise Password Reset and Synchronization (EPRS) project. Girish then moved to Sun Microsystems in 2002 as a Developer Lead/Project Manager, where they worked on the Global Customer Registry. Girish then moved to Boeing in the same year, where they served as a Program/Project/Delivery Manager and Lead Developer. In 2013, they moved to CrossView Inc., where they served as a Sr. Project Manager/Delivery Manager. Girish then moved to T-Mobile in 2016 as a Principal Consultant, where they worked on redefining the way consumers and businesses buy wireless services. In 2018, they founded Highbrow LLC, where they serve as Founder/CEO and has extensive experience working on complex projects across multiple technology platforms.

Girish Shindhe obtained their Bachelor's of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Basaveshwar Engineering College Bagalkot, Karnatak India between 1991 and 1995.
