Olga Rodenko is a Senior Project Manager at Oticon since June 2022, with prior experience as a Regulatory Affairs Manager in Software & Cybersecurity at Oticon Medical. Currently serving as a role model at High5Girls, Olga aims to inspire young girls to pursue careers in science and technology. Olga's background includes significant roles at DFM - Danish National Metrology Institute as a Scientist and at Radiometer as an R&D Engineer in Immunoassay Business, where key contributions were made to the design and development of optical systems and immunoassay technology. Olga holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Optics/Optical Sciences from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Photonics from Friedrich Schiller University Jena, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics.
