Demi Turnbull's work experience includes a role as a Sample Prep Team Lead at High North, Inc. where they supervised daily laboratory operations, implemented testing procedures, and performed routine laboratory testing. They also worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the same company. Prior to this, they worked as a Server & Floor Supervisor at Sunset Grill Restaurants Ltd. and as a Server & Bartender at Capocaccia Trattoria.

Demi Turnbull's education history begins in 2014 when they enrolled at the University of Toronto. They completed their Bachelor's degree in Bioethics/Medical Ethics in 2018.
