Gregg Janecky has extensive experience in the sports and recreation industry, with a focus on snowboarding and gymnastics. Gregg currently holds the role of VP of Experience at WE ARE CAMP, LLC. Prior to this, they worked at High Cascade Snowboard Camp in various roles, including Camp Director and Counselor. Gregg also held positions at Vail Resorts and USASA United States of America Snowboard and Freeski Association. Additionally, Gregg has experience in program coordination and management, as well as founding and directing initiatives such as The Backwoods Project and the Los Alamos Skatepark Project.

Gregg Janecky attended the University of Montana but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Snowboarding 300 from the U.S. Ski & Snowboard in 2017.
