Diana Trifu is a Customer Success professional with extensive experience in leading teams and managing client relationships across various industries. Currently serving as Customer Success Team Lead at HiBob since June 2023, Diana previously worked as Senior Customer Success Manager at QueryClick, a digital marketing agency that transitioned into the SaaS sector. Diana's earlier roles include Team Leader in Customer Success and Project Success at Lucid, LLC, where responsibilities included managing and mentoring teams to optimize the use of the Marketplace API solution. With a background in project management from Research Now and Ipsos Interactive Services, as well as customer relations management at AstraQom Canada and ROMINFOLINE COMMUNICATION, Diana brings a wealth of expertise to ensure client satisfaction and team alignment with strategic goals.
