Scott Grady currently serves as Customer Support Lead at TrainerRoad, a position held since December 2019, after initially working as a Customer Support Agent. In addition, Scott Grady has been an Avionics Technician with the United States Air Force since January 2018. Scott Grady holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Reno, completed in May 2023.
