Jeffrey Katke is an experienced mental health professional and IT leader with a diverse background in counseling and information systems. Currently serving as a Crisis Intervention Specialist at Hiawatha Behavioral Health since June 2014, Jeffrey conducts mental health assessments in emergency settings. Previous roles include Licensed Professional Counselor at Great Northern Counseling and Licensed Counselor at Old Town Psychological Services, where therapeutic services were provided in various areas including mood disorders and veterans' issues. Earlier career highlights include serving as Veteran Service Officer for Cheboygan County, focusing on veterans' benefits and crises, and holding IT leadership positions at BBK, Ltd and the County of Monroe, where significant advancements in technology infrastructure and operations were achieved. Jeffrey holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Oakland University and degrees in Information Systems and Business from Eastern Michigan University and Schoolcraft College, respectively.
