Moritz Schwab is an experienced investor currently working at Hg since January 2021, focusing on private equity within the B2B software and services sector. In addition, Moritz serves as a Board Observer at Trackunit and has a background as an investor at TPG from May 2018 to January 2021, where the focus was on large-cap funds in software and enterprise technology. Previous roles include serving as a Board Observer at Prezzo Ltd and as a Board Member at Media Broadcast Satellite (MBS) during the same period, as well as investment banking at J.P. Morgan from June 2015 to May 2018, specializing in industry coverage of technology, media, telecommunications (TMT), and financial institutions group (FIG), along with capital structure and ratings advisory.
