Naveed Yousaf is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in analytics and decision science. Currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at Heywood Pension Technologies since May 2022, Naveed previously held pivotal roles at the UK Health Security Agency as Data Lead & Senior Model Developer and at Concentrix as Head of Analytics & Decision Science, where leadership and advanced analytical project management were key responsibilities. Earlier experiences include roles at MoneyPlus Group, Well Pharmacy, Icon Healthcare Ltd, and Lloyds Bank, with expertise in logistic regression modeling, customer profiling, and strategic data analysis. Naveed holds an MSc in Statistics from the University of the Punjab, an MBA from the University of East London, and has also completed a Leadership degree at Lancaster University.
